Do you face challenges getting into the mood to journal? Are you looking for a safe space to journal? Here at Artcadia Studio, we provide a conducive environment for participants to get into the flow of journaling. We are centrally located at 195 Pearl’s Hill Terrace, a pre-war colonial building with a 88-year heritage that was once used as the Singapore Police HQ, and now transformed into a creative arts enclave.
When you arrive at Artcadia Studio for this self-paced journaling jam, you can select one prompt card (containing 2 to 3 questions) for reflective journaling and access a variety of shared art materials for an exceptional journaling experience at your own pace. These prompt cards are specially designed based on concepts of self-discovery, mindfulness, positive psychology, strengths development and emotional resilience. Prompts can be answered using words and/or drawings using the shared materials provided, such as colour pens, drawing pens, brush pens, brush markers, colour pencils, watercolour paint, highlighters, stickers, post-it notes and washi tapes. Please feel free to bring along your printed photos along for the session or we can help print your photos for a small fee.
This journaling ham is self-paced and unguided. Once you have signed up for this journaling jam, just remember to bring along your own notebook for the session. Alternatively, you are welcome to purchase notebooks (imported from Japan and Germany) sold in Artcadia Studio. You may request for Steph T (@stephtcreates) to hand-letter your name on these purchased notebooks (at no additional charge).
* If you require journaling guidance, you may book 30 minutes of Steph T's time so that she can provide exclusive guidance on exploring the prompts and suggest journaling ideas. This is subjected to her availability which you can enquire anytime during the journaling jam.
Alumni from Steph T's past Bullet Journaling workshops are welcome to book this session to set up your monthly log or bullet journal spread. You can access our shared art materials to set up your monthly log or bullet journal spread and select one prompt card for reflective journaling.
