“Taking care of myself doesn't mean 'me first.' It means 'me, too.”

Do you resonate with these?

  • Are you having challenges trying to think of what you can journal about?

  • Do you need that regular nudge to remind yourself to spend time on self-care?

  • Are you looking for ways to get in touch with your inner voices to express yourself?

  • Are you looking at injecting creativity and mindfulness into your journaling practice?

  • Does the idea of journaling sound helpful, yet intimidating to you at the same time?

You are not alone 🫶🏻

Having taught journaling workshops for more than six years, I have learned about the different challenges that my clients and students are trying to overcome with journaling

We are all aware of how journaling can be a
powerful activity for self-development.

The practice of journaling helps us be more aware of what's happening around us, our thoughts, our feelings, our actions and behaviours, our habits and even our plans. A common request I have received is to design a regular journaling programme to encourage and help people to enjoy journaling on a regular basis, for well-being and self-care.

Imagine you could be..

  • Receiving gentle nudges to pause and care for yourself and your needs (guilt-free!) when you are already spending time, energy and attention fulfilling needs of other people in our lives.

  • Having prompts delivered to you and you can check in, and be honest and expressive with your needs without suppressing your authentic inner voice.

  • Using evidence-based frameworks to develop habit of self-care, canvas of self-expression and compass for self-discovery.

  • Learning how to use narrative and visuals to connect with your inner child and deeper self.

  • Discovering parts of yourself that needed attention, support and encouragement to connect with ourselves and people around us.

  • Being your biggest cheerleader of leading a fulfilled life of consciousness, intentions, love, kindness, and compassion.

  • Be part of a community that also values self-development and enjoys journaling together!

Let's make journaling for self-care regular, accessible, meaningful and fun for you!💫
