About Steph T

Steph T is a Mindful Art and Positive Journaling Coach.

 

She is also a journaling & lettering artist, urban sketcher, journaling advocate, mindfulness practitioner and ACLP-certified facilitator. She is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology and is passionate about incorporating mindfulness and positive psychology into her coaching practice and workshops. Steph has 16 years of experience teaching both young and adult learners. She holds teaching certificates in speech & drama and creative writing from the College of Teachers (now known as Chartered College of Teaching UK), and a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) awarded by SkillsFuture Singapore.

 

Steph’s journaling practice and love for creating letterings, doodles, and handmade cards started when she was seven. Her curiosity led her to learn from numerous mentors to hone the knowledge and skills to develop her artistic interest. Today, this interest has become her way of life, expressed through journaling, lettering and sketching.

 

Steph started taking on hand-lettering and sketching commissions, and became an active journaling advocate in 2017, when she was invited to conduct journaling workshops, talks, demonstrations for brands, organisations, art suppliers, individuals in private one-on-one classes and private group events.

 

In addition, Steph generates social media content with her journaling, lettering and sketching, and continues to inspire her community of followers and journaling enthusiasts to pen down reflections in response to the regular journaling prompts shared via her social media platforms.
